Delete Account & Data Deletion – ZY.YVER
At ZY.YVER, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you no longer wish to use our services, you can request to delete your account and all associated data.
🔹 How to Request Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and personal data in two ways:
- In the App
Go to Help & Support and submit a request for account deletion. - By Email
Send an email to contact@zyyver.ai with the subject line:
“Delete My Account – ZY.YVER”
We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once your data has been deleted.
🔹 Data That Will Be Deleted
- Profile details (name, email, phone number)
- Login credentials
- Booking history
- Chat messages
🔹 Data That May Be Retained
Some data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or fraud-prevention purposes:
- Transaction and payment records (retained for up to 180 days)
- Data required to comply with tax or financial reporting obligations
After this period, all retained data will be permanently deleted.
